 TRICK OR TREAT! JOIN US FOR A GHOSTLY GOOD TIME IN THE NORTH GEORGIA MOUNTAINS!
My Mountain Cabin Rentals www.1mymountain.com/home.php will be hosting us for this trip, which is located in Blue Ridge, Georgia only a couple of miles off of Hwy 5. We have 7 cabins reserved for this weekend, all of which are located in Phase II in close proximity to each other.
All have outdoor hot tubs, telephones, gas fire places and spacious, modern designs! They also have game rooms with billiards. Many, like our main party cabin "Moose Recloose" also have foosball, air hockey, arcade games, high speed internet access, an outdoor firepit, HD TV's, etc. Great hiking trails are nearby, and we'll organize groups to go horseback riding as well. The Georgia Rail Road is right in town and offers a scenic ride, and there is a winery in nearby Young Harris thaat offers winery tours and tastings. Early sign ups will get first choice of accommodations and sleeping arrangements! Check out their virtual tours of each cabin and go ahead and select your cabin and cabin mates!
We have one 4 bedroom cabin, Moose Recloose, which will be the main dinner/party and check-in cabin, and 5 Three Bedroom Cabins, which are Southern Comfort, Dances With Wolves, Bearadise Lodge, Red Rocker, and Deerhaven. We also have 1 two bedroom cabin, Chocolate Moose, which is located next door to Moose Recloose. Act quickly to join this fun trip!
Price includes 3 days/2 nights lodging, Friday Night welcome party, and a potluck dinner and party on Saturday Night! We ask that each cabin bring food and drink items to share each night. We'll organize two hikes for Saturday (a moderate and not so moderate), and horseback riding on Saturday or Sunday for those that are interested, and the Georgia Rail Road Scenic Ride and Wine Tasting & Tour. There are also biking trails, so bring your mountain bike if you like.
Limit 40 people, $50 deposit will hold space, balance due and no refunds after 9/15/08 unless replaced, then just a $25 cancellation fee would apply. Cost is per person and based on double occupancy per bedroom. A single supplement is available for an additional $50 ($25 per night) if you would like a non-shared bedroom.

We'll be showing pictures from the following trips on various TV's throughout the bar: Talladega, Panama City Beach, Fantasy Fest in Key West, and Halloween Hiking & Hot Tubs!
Cocktail Cove Grill & Bar is on Roswell Road in Sandy Springs in the former location of American Pie!
This social is free for members and $5 for guests. First 75 folks to check in will receive a complimentary beverage ticket.
Cocktail Cove Grill & Bar has an awesome and quite extensive menu, similar to what you might find at a beach front restaurant. Items include soups & chili, salads, appetizers, wings, pasta, burgers, sandwiches, po boys, wraps, chicken, steaks, and lots of great seafood like crab legs, oysters, shrimp, scallops, and a variety of fresh fish!
Weather permitting, there will be a live band (name tba soon) entertaining us on their huge outdoor patio, so come eat, drink, and dance the night away!

 Time for more golf at beautiful Royal Lakes Golf and Country Club! Beautiful rolling terrain with a lot of water in play. Course features a par 5 with an island green. Bermuda fairways and tees, large L93 bentgrass greens in great condition, sod wall bunkers. Royal Lakes opened in 1990 and was closed in the summer of 2002 undergoing a $2 million dollar renovation. A must play!
This course has been a favorite for a long time. If you like island greens, then you'll like the 11th hole. It takes 3 good shots to get to the green on this awesome par 5. Par is a great score. This course is definitely named correctly. Lots of lakes (on 7 holes), and royal scenery.
Royal Lakes is considered one of the Top Rated courses in Georgia. Located in Flowery Branch, it is an easy access from 1-85North/I-985. Schools are out all week, so if the group wants to leave earlier than Thursday Morning, we can. Of course we can also leave Wednesday after work, so we can reach warm weather earlier on Thursday. There are RV campgrounds all over Florida with many of them being on the beach or right across the street, so one of them will be our most likely destination, depending on the weather forecasts.
This trip limited to 8 people maximum, with early sign ups getting first choice of sleeping arrangements on the RV. Member price if just $199, Guest price of $250, include round trip transportation and accommodations on the Dreamweaver RV. Some food and drinks will be included, and we'll split up additional grocery costs between everyone once we arrive and stop at the grocery and liquor stores. Cost should be minimal.
